Commissioner Douglas E. Fuller Passes Away.

WATS is sad to hear of the passing of Commissioner Doug Fuller of the Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC). Along with his numerous years working for the WCRC, Commissioner Doug Fuller served on the WATS Policy Committee for 12 years. We will miss his charm, stories, support, and friendship.
