Van Rates Washington Roads Using "Lasers"

A new van in Washington State is helping transportation engineers identify and rate road conditions using a complex system of lasers and cameras.  This jealousy inspiring system can identify new sections of deteriorating pavement quickly, so crews can act to prevent certain cracks from spreading.  Take a look at the video below for more details.
